Melanie later joined ReServe Interactive, a hospitality technology company, and played a pivotal role in expanding the SaaS customer base and leading initiatives that strengthened adoption and engagement, contributions that helped position the company for acquisition by Infor. At Infor, she continued to drive innovation on a global scale, training and mentoring product experts while refining systems to support businesses worldwide.
